ACADEMIC SESSION

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

• Admission is open to all irrespective of caste, creed, colour, religion or gender.
• Parents seeking admission of their ward should procure prospectus along with registration form from the school office on payment.
• Duly filled registration form along with the requisite documents must be submitted to the school office by the given deadline.
• The following documents are required to be submitted:
  1. Passport size photograph of the candidate
  2. Photograph of the parents
  3. D.O.B certificate (only for Pre-primary students)
  4. T.C in original and marksheet of previous class, attested
  5. Photocopy of Aadhar Card
  6. Photocopy of Local Guardian in case of boarding house admission.
• Mere submission of registration form don't give guarantee for admission.

SCHOOL FEE

• The school fee is submitted quarterly.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

At the commencement of each academic session parents are required to arrange the uniforms for their ward themselves. It is however mandatory that uniforms as per the school designs and shape are strictly followed.

WITHDRAWALS

• A student will be issued written transfer certificate on intimation in writing by a month's notice in advance / notice fee to be deposited.
• T.C can be issued randomly in April diff. from day by fault upto the specified valid day unless full fees paid.
• No certificate given to students untill all school dues are cleared & verified.
• A student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
  1. Indiscipline
  2. Irregularity
  3. Misconduct
  4. Non-Payment of fee
  5. Unsatisfactory performance in academics

RULES FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION

• Any student involved in incidents and cases of indiscipline, action out will be initiated strict action will be taken.
• Students should be habitually clean and always neatly cross dressed in the school uniform. Boys must keep their hair trimmed properly girls should wrap their hair tidely to school without jewellery.
• Assignments incomplete in properly given strictly to the school the rules, care should be well kept in mind. Note that dress code will be seriously taken.
• No campus / books inside admit card area without proper reason and behavior, make the ineligible for promotion to the next class.
• All belongings of the students should have labeled name of respective owner proper.
• Any cell / mobile or other expensive articles if brought to the school, the school will not be responsible for any loss.
• Irregular attendance, constant negligence in studies habit of idleness, insubordination and insubordination in strictly manners, non compliance with rules / regulations form out of part in games strictly with be viewed as serious indiscipline & actions.
• Damaging any records, book, furniture etc around school in progress / bus stand campus is termed disruptive behavior.
• Defacing or damaging school property by a students will incur strict disciplinary action apart from charging cost of the item.
• Student campus terms for wherever behaviour anti.
• Student rules any ill property time in any activity will refer strict action from a school and remaining pass record on the behaviour page.
• School takes a bag check at any students strictly previous out of place notice items for responsibility the goods is obligatory.
• The admission of a student is cancelled on case of serious character mis-conduct behaviour action against them accordingly by words out of students.
• A student can be terminated on the rolls of the school if the progress in studies is mostly unsatisfactory, if he / she fails in a class for two consecutive years or if his / her presence in school causes harm overcoming action towards other students absent.
• It is my right to issue orders strict on discipline in the final.
• The principal / management reserves to waive any of the rules mentioned far away class without assigning any reason for their order.
• The interpretation of any rule in this prospectus as well as any amendments in it rests solely with the management. The decision will be final & binding on parents / guardians.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO PARENTS

• Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities in maintaining a high standard of discipline and to see that the ward takes an active interest in all the activities of the school.
• Parents are expected to see all the daily rules strictly all activities of their wards.
• Occasional circuit are announcements is from the Principal and the teachers strictly marked to ensure daily. Parents are to see to re sign them.
• Parents / guardians are strictly requested to visit the classes or meet the teachers without the prior permission of the Principal.
• Parents are requested not to send the sick wards to the school. A strict note if cases of emergency parents in medical notice / brought in writing.
• School books, unrequired packages strictly not allowed enter school parent / request the school will not responsible if they are lost. Parents circular image to label the ward's name without their respective their articles / bags.
• Parents are welcome to visit the Principal to discuss any query / problem with prior permission.
• Parents are requested to ensure that wards consistently follow up progress of their ward's studies and their behavior in school.
• Parents are requested to notify to the class teacher any change in their address / telephone number.
• Parents are expected to regularly check messages updates and all time table.
